On Saturday, June 23, 2018 from 3:00 p.m. — 12:00 a.m. CST, the Employer Portal, Employee Portal, and BeneFlexHR Mobile App will be unavailable due to system enhancements.
What’s New in the Employee Portal?
A fresh new design is awaiting participants this summer when they log in to the Employee Portal and/or Mobile app.
- Home Page Refresh
Employees will see a new dynamic and interactive look in the Employee Portal.
- Advanced Message Center Tab
Employees can now easily manage and update their notification preferences in the Message Center located at the top of the page. i.e. Receipt Requests, Denial and Repayment Letters, etc.
Statements now have a new location on the Account tab, which is located at the top of the page.
- “I Want to” Section
The “I Want to” section which allows employees to file a claim and view Account Balance will now be located in the center of the page.
- New Privacy Statement
A new privacy statement will be available on the bottom of the screen in the Employee Portal. Employees may review our privacy practices and/or “Opt Out” of the data collection.
- Remove Bank Account
Employees may now remove bank account information from the Employee Portal. When deleting this information, review the Profile Section to ensure it includes the most up-to-date Direct Deposit information for their account.
What’s New in the Mobile App?
- Eligible Expense Scanner for FSA/HRA/HSA Participants
Participants can now scan product bar codes to determine if items are eligible 213(d) medical expenses. Participant must allow app camera permission, limited to 100 scans per month and must accept SIGIS agreement.
- Renamed Home Screen Quick Links
– HSA Transaction link is now Make HSA Transaction
– Dashboard link is now Manage Expenses
– Quick View link is now View Account Snapshot
- HSA Investment Details
Provides graph and details on HSA investment fund activity, balance rate of return and more.
- Debit Card has a New Tab Under Employee Data
Access your participants debit card information directly from the Employer Portal. Information includes: card status, mail date and purses included in the plan. Note: if you do not have access to this tab, contact our Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org and request an Administrator Access Form.
- Enrollment Alert Messages
Alert messages have been added to the Employer Portal when an election/contribution amount is being changed.
