Employee Benefit Database Management

We will begin by setting up a complete employee database with current elections. From that database we will design and print current elections for all employees. These election forms can be used at your annual open enrollment. Once enrollment forms have been returned and entered into our system we will generate confirmation statements for your employees.

We will work with your Human Resource Manager or representative to design customized reporting that will fit your company needs. These reports could include such items as, newly eligible employees, 401k Eligibility report, Reviews Due, Average base salary for specified department or Premium Reports by carrier. There are no limits to the amount of information that can be produced.
