Benny Cards Are Experiencing Intermittent Declines
At 10:50AM (EST) today, BeneFLEX received a message from Master Card informing us that they are having problems with their IIAS system that is resulting in intermittent declines for No IIAS Data. This means that the merchant will not send the required IIAS information in the transaction and the result will be a decline for your FSA, HRA, and HSA card swipes. MasterCard is actively addressing this issue for resolution. We will provide updates as we receive them.
We apologize for the inconvenience and want to remind you that you can still submit any qualified expenses that are declined by Master Card for a reimbursement online, by fax, through the BeneflexHR Mobile App, or at email@example.com.
